This 7" E-FLEX Blade fits both our 110V Electric Fillet Knife and Cordless Lithium Ion Electric Fillet Knife. It's made of a High Carbon Stainless Steel and chemically bonded with a ti-nitride coating to be extremely corrosion resistant. The 7" blade serrated edge and apposing bidirectional blades make filleting medium to large size fish effortlessly.
