RAMAKKO'S GIFT CARDS
- Ramakko's is not set up yet to receive gift cards online. Gift cards ca be purchased online, and will be mailed to the shipping address of your choice. They can be redeemed in store.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash

BEST PRICE PROMISE
If you find a lower advertised price at a competitor’s local retail store with the same item in-stock, simply bring the competitor’s current ad to Ramakko's and we will honor such ad prices on identical merchandise (brand and model) at time of sale.
Terms & Conditions:
- Ramakko's reserves the right to verify that the advertised price is correct, that the product is identical (manufacturer, brand, model number and in new condition) and the item is in-stock at the competitor's local store.
- Does not apply to out of stock items. If a local competitor is out of stock of a particular item, Ramakko's will not match the local competitor’s price. In-stock means that the item is available for sale and delivery that day.
- Price match requests must be made while the advertised price is in effect at the competitor’s local store. We are unable to match flyers or advertised prices which have expired.
- Local Store means a competitor’s retail store within 150 kilometers of the respective Ramakko's retail store.
- Does not apply when the price includes special offers or promotions, including without limitation, rebates, mail-in offers, coupon discounts, free-with-purchase offers, limited quantity offers, special financing and bundled offers. Does not apply to liquidation/closeout sales.
- Does not apply to services.
- Does not apply to any products or services offered by third-party vendors that may be operating within a Ramakko's store.
- Does not apply to merchandise sold by wholesalers, liquidators, co-op or competitor clubs including retailers where a membership is required prior to purchase.
- Ramakko's retail stores will honour online prices.
- Management reserves the right to make a judgment call on any competitive price match.
- If the purchase gets flagged as potentially fraudulent, you will be automatically refunded and contacted by the store to clarify.
LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM
- Ramakko's has a loyalty rewards system where you earn 5 points for every dollar spent on your subtotal.
- Ramakko's reserves the right to exclude select products or services from the loyalty program including but not limited to gift card purchases, reel spooling, labour, shipping fees etc.
- customers can begin to collect and redeem loyalty points either in store by providing their phone number at the front cash, or online once they create or log into their account on our website.
- on the website customers can view their account history including points balances, and redemption levels
- customers are informed how many points they receive when they are in the cart and in checkout, as well as the available rewards they can redeem.
- In rare cases, customer loyalty details are not synced to our website or in store. Normally, new customer accounts, issuing points or rewards are synced automatically to the Loyalty Manager. When an issue occurs with this automatic process, the system continues to attempt syncing for up to 45 minutes.
