Is all your inventory online?

Almost all of it is, but you'll find even more cool outdoor gear in store!

Do you still carry Sudbury Rocks Sweaters?

Yes, we do! 

Can a Friend or Family member pick-up my order for me?

Yes, send your friend a copy of your order confirmation and then let us know who will be picking up the order by calling 705-522-8889 ext. 7 or emailing [email protected]

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order after it is placed, please contact [email protected] or call (705)522-8889 ext.7. Please note that orders are typically shipped out either the same day or next day so if you wish to make a change it is important you get in contact with us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be altered after they are shipped.

How do I start a return?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items for a refund. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping your items back. You can begin the return process by filling out our returns form here.

Can I place a tax-exempt Order?

If you are eligible for tax-exempt purchases and would like to place a tax-exempt order, please contact [email protected] or call the store at (705) 522-8889 ext.7.

Do you offer group sales?

If you are looking to make a bulk purchase for an organization you are apart of please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Do you ship outside Canada?

No, unfortunately due to vendor agreements and federal regulations we are unable to ship product outside the borders of Canada.

Can my order be shipped via freight forwarder or reshipper?

No, any order containing freight forwarder or reshipping information will be cancelled and refunded back onto the card the purchase was made with.

Can I use my gift card online?

We cannot accept gift cards as a form of payment through our website currently, however we can facilitate a purchase with a gift card. To use your gift card simply email a picture of the barcode on the back to  [email protected]. To expedite the process please also include the following in your email, Product name/SKU, desired quantity, shipping address and phone number.

If the balance of the gift card does not cover the total price of the purchase, we will call you for the remainder of the payment.

What payments do you accept online?

Visa, Master Card, and Visa debit are all accepted through our online payment portal.

Why won’t my payment go through?

There are several possible reasons your payment may not be accepted, the most common is usually an error in payment information.  Please ensure that all card numbers are correct and the billing address on your order matches the address associated with your chosen form of payment.  If you’re billing address is incorrect please contact [email protected] to have it changed.

How do I check my Loyalty Points?

To view your Ramakko’s Rewards points balance you must first be logged into your account. You can then find a summary of your rewards points balance and next available reward by navigating to your account page. This can be found by clicking on the icon of a person in the top right of the page, next to the cart and wishlist buttons.
