The Catalina Series touring boards are using our new Timber-Tech Construction, with new paulownia wood veneer, providing superior durability in conjunction with the carbon fibre reinforced standing area and Kevlar reinforced rails and edges. In a move towards more sustainable construction methods, Blu Wave uses paulownia wood in the construction. Paulownia is one of the worlds fastest growing timbers, and has ideal weight to strength properties.
