Cooking Directions: Mix Outdoor Flavour beer batter with your favourite beer or sparkling water until you reach a thin Pancake batter consistency (about 1 cup to 1 cup ratio) then dip your filets into the liquid batter and place in 350 F frying oil. The suggested internal food temperature is 160 F, then remove and enjoy.

Chef's Tip: For a punch of flavour, try dredging your fillets in a different Outdoor Flavour dry seasoning prior to dipping in the liquid beer batter.
