The Para Military 2 Salt expresses Spyderco’s incredibly popular Para Military 2 model in an ultra-corrosion-resistant format worthy of inclusion in Spyderco's Salt Series—knives specifically designed for use in and around the water. These elite expressions of the Para Military 2 boast full-flat-ground blades crafted from CPM MagnaCut—a state-of-the-art particle metallurgy steel that offers an exceptional balance of edge retention, toughness, and superior corrosion resistance. Their PlainEdge blades are paired with handles featuring G-10 scales and nested stainless steel liners. The skeletonized liners form the foundation of their ultra-reliable Compression Lock mechanisms, while fully configurable four-position pocket clips provide a choice of left or right-side, tip-up or tip-down carry.
The all-black Para Military 2 Salt cloaks its blade in a stealthy Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating. Its scales are both peel-ply-textured and machined with Spyderco’s signature Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture pattern for an ultra-secure grip.
