The Thompson Center Extended Super Jag is knurled to provide maximum contact between the patch and the bore, it also had a long stepped shank to prevent patches from being pinched and binding.
Jag also features a concave tip to aid in loading and adds 3.75" to the length of the ramrod. The Extended Jag is necessary for cleaning all 28" muzzleloader barrels, as well as Encore 209 Magnum and Omega muzzleloaders.
Fits all muzzleloader ramrods with 10-32 threads.
